Prove the account is yours
Have the details ready: character names, the e-mail used at registration, approximate creation date, and any payment or donation reference.

Get your access back
Once verified, we hand the account over and help you secure it again.
Heads up: we will never ask for your password, and no admin will DM you first asking for account details. Always start the conversation yourself on the official Discord above.
