Service Agreement
Before you can download the client, please read the Pixellor OTS Service Agreement and confirm that you agree to it below.
This agreement describes the terms on which Pixellor OTS offers you access to an account to play the game. By creating an account or downloading the client you accept these terms and state that you are of full legal age in your country, or have your parents' permission to play.
You agree that use of the software is at your sole risk. The software, the game and all services are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous, error-free, secure or virus-free operation.
We are not liable for any lost profits or special, incidental or consequential damages — including loss of data, items, accounts or characters — arising from errors, downtime or gameplay adjustments.
While playing you must follow the Pixellor OTS Rules stated on this website. Breaking them may result in your account being removed and services terminated immediately.
